Carrot Top Pesto

Looking to make the most of your carrot bunch? This great recipe comes from CSA community member, Tracy, and takes less than 10 minutes to make and enjoy!

  • 5 Cups Carrot top leaves packed
  • 1 1/2 cups Organic Olive Oil
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1 tsp unrefined sea salt or Real Salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Add all the ingredients to a food processor and pulse until walnuts are finely chopped and all ingredients are combined.
